Jason's Blog: ECG Challenge of the Week for March 24th - 31st.

Patient's clinical data:  47-year-old black man.  Another serial ECG (seen below) showed a supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) at a rate of 164/min that was diagnosed by an Electrophysiologist as atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT).  How does knowing the mechanism of AVNRT help you in determining the nature of the mechanism in this week's ECG.

Jason's Blog: ECG Challenge of the Week for Jan. 27th - Feb. 3rd.

Patient's clinical data:  67-year-old white man with a history of COPD and CAD.

Unfortunately, due to the advanced age of this ECG (29-years ago), many details of the device will have to be left to speculation.  I'm unable to retrieve any information about the patient other than the two diagnoses above.

How many different things can you spot in this 12-lead ECG?

Jason's Blog: ECG Challenge of the Week for July 8-15. Which lead do both of these ECGs share a “common-thread”?

Two more ECGs classified under the general heading:  “Tracing suggestive of   ____ ”.  I  like ECGs that strongly favor a very specific clinical disorder.
